Life Transformation Groups (LTGs) consist of three people of the same gender meeting weekly together for accountability, growth and prayer. A Life Transformation Group is committed to the following:

Bible Reading. Many groups read as much as 30 chapters weekly. Each week the participants share about how God spoke to them in His Word. If any member of the group does not complete the reading, the entire group reads the SAME Scripture over again next week. Each group decides on volume of Scripture they will read.

Accountability. After sharing with each other about hearing from God, the group walks through accountability questions. Below is a link to some examples in the form of a bookmark (easy to keep in your Bible). Men, women and youth have a little different focus on some of the questions. Each person has a question he/she wishes to be held accountable to the group for as well.

Prayer. Each person shares a specific request related to them for the week. Other members write down the request and pray DAILY for their LTG partners. When you pray specifically, you will see God answer specifically to your prayers.

Mission. Each LTG has a mission focus in the community. This usually takes 2-4 hours of service monthly to complete their mission project. This is one of the powerful components of the Life Transformation Group.

Multiplication. The purpose of every LTG is multiplication. As soon as one other person is added, the group is “pregnant” and ready to multiply. Usually, whoever invited the new person to attend will eventually break off with the new person, add another and form a new LTG. The remaining two people invite a third to join them. A “pregnant” quad will stay together for about a month for the new person to get acclimated before separating into new groups.

The entire meeting should last no longer than one hour. It is helpful if groups select the same day, time and location for their meeting.
